This site provides access to community development services, allowing citizens to search for information and complete many common tasks online.

Permits: Use this module to apply for all Building Permits, request inspections, access building permit history or pay permit fees.

Projects: Use this module to submit applications required by the Planning Department, including Subdivision Plats, Commercial Site Plans, and Subdivision Construction Plans. DO NOT use this module to submit individual Building Permits.

Inspections: Use this module to schedule or cancel Building Inspections.

To schedule an inspection online, you will be required to create a user account.
